Shipping Policy

・Payment Policy
We only accept PayPal. We do not accept other payments; therefore, please have your PayPal account ready before your purchase. The customer is entirely responsible for any and all fees set by PayPal.

・Shipment and shipping fee
We use EMS (Express Mail Service) for international shipping.
EMS is a safe and fast international shipping service, up to 30kg, for over 120 countries and regions.
The arrival of the product may vary from places but we are looking at about 7 to 10 days to deliver worldwide.
International shipping prices vary by country and the weight of your order.

In some countries, or in cases where the package size exceeds the EMS limit, EMS may not be available.
If EMS cannot be used, we may ship via an alternative courier such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
In such cases, we will contact you prior to shipment.

・International Shipping and Tracking
Please allow 1 to 3 business days to process and prepare your order for shipment after your payment has been confirmed.
Under normal circumstances, preparation will be completed within this timeframe; however, processing time may vary depending on the situation.

You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email on the day your order is packed and shipped.
Once your order has left our facility, we no longer have any contact or control over it and you will need to get into contact with the courier directly to obtain any information.
Furthermore, if an order has been marked as delivered, we have entirely no contact with it and you will need to get into direct contact with the courier with any questions and concerns you may have.

We are not responsible for any customs fees that may incur with international orders. The customer is entirely responsible for any and all fees set by the customs office of their country.
Should an international order be sent back to us due to lack of claim, we will contact you to arrange a reship or credit to the website.
As mentioned in our return policy, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

・Return Policy

Within one day from delivery

～General Terms and Conditions～
The returning product should be packaged with the same packing material and the same condition as when the customer has received the product.
The customer is responsible for all return shipment fee.
The only exception will be when the product differs from the explanation.

We do not offer any and all refunds, returns, or exchanges.
All products are checked individually by our experienced repairman.
The check list includes apparent condition, performance, product condition, packaging.

We will consider a return when we confirm and approve that the damage was done during shipping.
When the product has arrived damaged, please check the outer packaging for damage.
If you see an outer damage, please contact your local delivery firm and report the damage.
When the product is damaged upon arrival, please take pictures of the damaged product and packaging, and e-mail us within 24 hours.

When a package has been returned to us due to address issues, we will contact you to organize a new delivery.
If you do not respond to our email within 30 days, your order is Null and Void.

The attached package, manual, paper work, parts, accessories must be present upon arrival.
Especially the protective film on pick-ups, pick guards, control plate. PLEASE leave them on.

When we confirm that the returned product is in the same condition as when we shipped,
we will refund the purchased price (the price bank fee, PayPal fee, shipping fee, customs fee, and tax deducted).
We will refund only if the product is returned to us in the same condition as the time of our shipment,
and the damage was done by the delivery firm or customs of your country.
The price with all initial cost deducted will be refunded.

The voltage in Japan is 100V and differ from most countries.
Please check the voltage used in your country and prepare necessary transformer device needed to use the product in 100V.
We are not held responsible for any malfunctions caused by the voltage difference.

No refunds are acceptable from any other reasons.
