Shipping Policy
All new acoustic or electric musical instruments ships directly from multiple (east or west coast) warehouses.
Free shipping ONLY applies to the lower 48 states. Extra charges to PR, AK, HI. We also ship worldwide.
There will be a 20% restocking fee for all items return for any reason, buyer is responsible for shipping charges both ways. Please notify us of any shipping damages within 2 days so we can file a claim with the carrier.
RETURN POLICY
New products can "ONLY" be return for exchange if found defective and must be reported within 24 hours from date of delivery. All new items must be returned in the original box & packaging with no signs of use. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping cost unless item was not received as describe. All new items has a manufacturers warranty. Contact us for any warranty work so we can provide RA (Returned Authorization #). Once you receive a RA#, we will provide you with the manufacturer's address to send your item. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost to the manufacturer. We will notify you once they receive it your item or send us email for updates.
No returns on used items, Sale is Final. We do our best to described item condition. Some vintage item can take its toll on shipping and sometimes it is just the nature of old classic gears. If the item is damaged or loss from shipping, we will file a claim. All used items are fully insured with Reverb Safe Shipping. Buyer must provide photos and videos showing damage to the exterior packaging and the unit. If you have additional concerns, feel free to email us first.
