Junction Guitars opened its doors in March 2012, it is a great new store in great location to service the Junction area of Toronto. Junction Guitars is an Authorized Fender, Gretsch, Guild Dealer and an Authorized Sevice Center for all FMIC brands and Guild Guitars. We sell used gear and currently has Gibson, Gretsch and Fender products in stock. Junction Guitars is happy to carry the following brands; Fender, Gretsch, Guild, Yamaha, Fender Squier, Vox, Marshall, Dunlop/MXR and Electro Harmonix among other brands.
Our priority is serving the customer first and stocking the markets top guitar brands, we look forward to seeing you soon.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Terms and Conditions
Minimum shipping charge is $15.00 for tracked package. You can combine purchases and the extra shipping charge will be credited after the sale or contact me before you purchase for me to adjust the amount. There is an additional charge of $1.00 for each extra Item. I can reduce the shipping cost for small items letter size like picks and strings to $5.00 but buyer assumes all risks. You will not be refunded for item not received because I have no way of confirming the honesty of the buyer or status of the shipment.
We ship by Canada Post or Courier of our choice.
FMIC products ship in Canada Only. No exceptions.
Extra Shipping Charges may apply for Beyond Point" areas, including but not limited to the following:
Nunavut, Yukon and Northwest Territories,British Columbia, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland
Alaska
Hawaii
Any other areas dictated by our Courier Canada Post.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Junction Guitars offers a 7 day return window from when your order received. A minimum 15% restocking charge will apply for returns on online purchases only. New Discounted, sale or Demo items are final sale
Return Shipping will be paid by the buyer, incurred shipping will be paid for from your refund. Refund will be sent after the return is received and inspected
Our online return policy does not apply to any in store pickups or purchases because you will be able to physically inspect the item and try it before leaving the store. Any in store pickups or purchases as such will apply to our 7-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee by Exchange or Store Credit.
