Shipped with tracking to the U.S. only. Will not ship internationally. Orders over $100 may require a signature to receive Reverb Shipping Protection Insurance. If you have any shipping inquiries or shipping requests, please message me prior to placing your order.

New Items

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Contact MY Shop within 72 hours of receipt, for any returns. New items must be sent back within 14 days, and must be sealed in original packaging with all items and accessories included and unused. Any used purchases must be returned within 7 days, and must include any accessories and show no signs of use other than that at time of purchase.
Refunds will be issued within 72hrs of receipt, upon completing inspection of returned items, minus any shipping charges and fees associated with sale.
Items being sold “As Described” are excluded from MY Shop return policy.
