Shipping Policy

Tracking information is provided to the buyer. Sometimes signatures will be required based on the product sold. They may be insured at my expense. I provide pictures of the package before delivering to the shipping company. If the product arrives in any other condition the buyer MUST send pictures prior to opening the package. Further inspection is allowed after I have documentation of the damaged package. In order to make damaged delivery request for return I must be provided pictures before and after the package has been opened. Without that clear documentation allowing me the right to make a claim and recover damages prior to providing a refund the buyer will waive all rights to make any request for a refund. Refunds are not a part of this Shops policy so any item that is not deliverable is solely the buyer's responsibility, and they will forfeit any refund even if the item is returned to the seller. Sometimes buyers need to make arrangements to hold at a shipping companies' location for convenience of pick up. If the shipping company fails in correctly identification and the buyer states, the product is not in their possession, the buyer will not be able to make any claim. Wrong addresses or mis delivered products will be attempted to be tracked by the seller and reported however since I am providing a picture of the shipping label and package it is solely the buyers responsibility to verify the information and refunds will be waived. All Shipping final destinations needs to remain in the 48 continental US States and will NOT be delivered to forwarding shippers. I will not be responsible for any charges for canceled orders because the buyer is not at the delivery address and using a forwarding service.
