General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Returns must have a Legitimate verifiable reason for return with pics "subject to approval". This is not buy and try internet sales. Reasons such as Not as described, Not working, Did not receive the Item as shown in the pics etc. Legitimate Reasons not it smells musty or I changed my mind or I don't like the color those reasons for example will not be a acceptable Return..
Guitars are double checked so this does not happen So Double check what you are buying as well.
Damages found are not a reason for return. That would be a reason to file a shipping claim.
If a Return is Approved the Item must be returned in the exact condition it was sent With No Damage, No Smells, No difference in the Guitar that was sent to you. We document the Guitar and Components very carefully before it leaves from all angles all Solder joints every aspect most importantly Critical Structure Area Base of Neck, Where Neck meets Body and Fretboard Lamination.
Guitars are Kept strictly in a Controlled Environment regulating Humidity, Temperature, and Air Quality using HEPA Filtration, and UVB Filtration.
We basically have a No Return Policy. Do not Buy to Try that won't work with us and we advise you to go to the Guitar Center if you want to conduct that kind of activity.
