Please bear with us as we make our debut online e-commerce entry here in mid-summer of 2022 & 2023; the previous couple or so years as most of us citizens of the world know very well, have presented us with particularly arduous and onerous challenges: we are, so to speak, a small business (re)starting-up and skinny-dipping into the shark-infested waters, inundated with adversarial mines, and perhaps plenty of friendly-fire to boot... please do message us with thoughts, ideas, or criticism if you see a need for our improvement somewhere! We are embarking on this journey of super-sharp learning curves to find the perfect balance between running an exemplary music sales and service operation and serving online-customer needs. If you are a fellow Reverb merchant, let us know who you are/where you're at, and Johnny Music will be happy to share music-shop fundamentals that we know from some 2-3 decades working experience from our direct-predecessor Johnny Thompson Music (circa 1959-2021); this (re)start-up is extremely labor-intensive with both hands-on and "pencil-pushing" work currently w/limited personnel, so messages may not be immediately answered as we'd like while we are building-up shop in this crucial phase.
JOHNNY MUSIC PROLOGUE:
Our goal is to be a most-comprehensive music sales & service center, located here in Monterey Park, CA - the heart of greater-eastern Los Angeles-San Gabriel Valley (SGV); our motto: 'Working for You' & 'Do-It-Right' service, are simple business philosophies from our direct-predecessor, Johnny Thompson Music (1959-2021), to go after and be attained, and is fundamental to our development as the comprehensive music sales and service center we will constantly strive to be.
As we reconstitute and rebuild a music sales and service center from ground-up here in 2022-23 with this basic philosophy rebooted, we also want to reinvigorate the emphasis to reach farther-out with the universal language of music, to be more in-touch with serving the needs of the local music community, bands, educators and independent artists; to help engender the beauty and power of music as it communicates to advance a healthy flourishing and camaraderie of humanity.
We believe this is also foundational to the advancement of the health of our one planet Earth and its world community, and we'll take-on each new day in this new age in setting an exemplary music sales & service antecedence for future precedence.

Shipping Policy
I will ship First Class with tracking to the listed regions for most items as default option. I also offer 'First Class Musician's Honor Quickie SHippie' WITHOUT the cost of TRACKING for compact+thin DURABLE items (e.g. SINGLE STRINGS, 'Mouthpiece Saver Pads', TAILPIECE GUTS, etc.) that can be neatly/safely packed into a standard-type flat letter-type envelope mailer for maximum savings and maximum consideration in alleviating the environmental+ecological impact with redundant packaging/shipping materials. Our FirstClass/Quickie SHippie-Low Carbon Footprint covers most items in their respective categories of merchandise/single-item(s) purchases. Items of unusual bulk and/or unusually heavy items may require negotiating the shipping rates/to peculiar locations (e.g. regions under travel advisory)/under other conditions; please send me a message and we'll work it all out!

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Restocking may apply, but may also be partially or fully rescinded depending upon certain factors, including but not limited to condition of packaging of item(s) returned, potential burden/loss due to an understock or overstock situation caused by the buyer's purchase-return, certain mouth-blown instruments*, copyrighted material**, etc.
* "Mouth-blown" instruments include but not limited to harmonicas, jaw harps, ocarinas, etc.
