Shipping Policy
Parts & Accessories - $5.25 US First Class Mail if under 1lb and under $50, $12.85 if over 1lb and under $50 within Continental USA.
Our policies are designed to protect you (the customer) and us (the seller) from fraud. No exceptions!
- Orders received prior to 12:00pm EST are typically shipped the same day (Monday - Friday).
- Orders received after 12:00pm EST are typically shipped the next business day (Monday - Friday).
- Orders received on Saturday & Sunday & Monday are typically shipped on the following Monday.
- Domestic orders (U.S.A only) are shipped via UPS Ground, FedEx Home or U.S. Mail, at our discretion.
- Alternative shipping methods are available. Please contact us for more info.
- Please contact us directly for expedited shipping, especially for orders placed on Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
- All orders are insured for full value.
- All orders + $500 are shipped adult signature required.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
- You must request Refunds directly thru Reverb.com. Please wait until you have received Return Authorization from us prior to returning any item(s) back to us.
- Original sales receipt must accompany returns.
- You are responsible for all shipping fees, including insurance, unless otherwise pre-arranged with us.
- You are responsible for providing us with a tracking # for all returned packages.
- We accept returns on NEW product, for exchange or refund 2 calendar days after delivery of the product.
- We reserve the option to charge a 10% re-stocking fee on any items returned, unless the product was shipped incorrectly or damaged.
At our sole discretion after 2 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only.
Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition".
Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is: without showing signs of wear or damage in any way, or re-salable in new, unused condition.
No refunds on any electronic products, unless it is damaging in shipping. This includes (new or used) amplifiers, pedals, effects. If it has a power cord or battery, it is considered an electronic device.
No refunds on any clothing, guitar straps.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact Customer Support immediately.
Items that are received defective, may qualify for exchange, store credit or refund - at our sole discretion.
Items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a full refund (including shipping).
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
Again you MUST contact us within 2 days prior to returning ANY item back to our store.
Items returned to us AFTER 48 hours and WITHOUT contacting us prior to shipping will NOT be refunded.
Customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs.
I reserve the right to refuse any order that does not meet our payment and shipment policies.
