Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Brand New instruments may be returned for an 85% refund at the buyer's expense within 7 days with no questions asked so long as you contact me first.
Used and Vintage gear is sold "as is". I am brutally honest about the condition of the gear that I sell. please thoroughly read any listing before you make your purchase.

I always insure every single shipment and pay for Reverb Safe Shipping coverage. the few dollars extra that it costs is more than worth it to ensure peace of mind for both parties.
