Shipping Policy
Some items shipped will require a signature — this is to protect both you and me. If for some reason you do not want to sign for your item, then message me ASAP saying you don’t want to sign for the package..
Note: Please be patient with tracking numbers and their updates. Generally speaking, it can take anywhere from hours 12 - 48hrs to update. So please, do not message me something like: “why haven’t you shipped the package”, if it’s been under 48hrs since I told you the item has shipped. Also, please remember that I’m human.
Note: International buyers are responsible for taxes, duties, and customs fees.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
If the buyer is returning because they decided they didn’t need it- meaning not because of a defective or damaged item.
If a buyer complains about shipping speed when the policy states that I’m handicap thus making it harder to pack and ship items. Though I still do it promptly. The buyer complaining about slow shipping because I’m unable to get it to a store as I’m handicapped will receive a 15% restocking fee. This also applies to things that are out my control once it’s in the shipping companies hands, I cannot make them go faster.
Includes items that were clearly damaged by shipping. I pack very well and will often buy Reverb Shipping protection- as to prevent any shipping mishaps. I’ve never once had a package damaged by a listing i sold and shipped.
