Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
If in doubt about any aspects of a shop item, please get in touch before purchase.
If items arrive and are found to need work done, please get in touch BEFORE commencing any repairs, I offer a full refund if you're not happy with the item, but I can't give partial refunds or cover the cost of servicing without notification before it has commenced.
Local collection is an option, in this instance I only accept bank transfer (preferred) or cash on collection, to avoid false claims with paypal, will still issue full refund on any items paid for directly.
International shipping quotes are often estimated, if the cost is significantly higher will request extra for shipping, if significantly lower will issue a refund for the difference.
I handle many pieces of equipment on a daily basis, occasionally issues might slip through, just get in touch always happy to resolve.
