JETPACKMODS XP PEDAL REFUND POLICY:
Once an order is placed on ANY XP pedal, it is YOURS and their are absolutely NO refunds or returns. Do your research on theses mods and make sure it's the pedal you need before hitting that BUY button. In the words of the great poet David Lee Roth, "I got no time to mess around."
JETPACKMODS XP PEDAL SHIPPING POLICY:
Please allow anywhere between 3-30 days for these pedals to ship! Sometimes these are ready to go, other times they are on the bench being converted, and sometimes we are waiting on your order to determine whether a stock host pedal needs a straight XP300 Space Station Conversion or the legendary JetpackMods XP-1000 mod. With that in mind, do not order and then tell us you need it in two days - it won't happen. Don't be that axe-slinger, ok? We do not live within Bezos' soul-crushing Amazon World and his Prime Same Day / Next Day timeframes - and don't really care to.
NOTE: These are vintage pedals that are approaching 20 years old with many parts that are no longer made, and they need extra love and care before they can make the jump to light speed. We are a one man operation and there are only so many hours in the day, so be cool ok?
JETPACKMODS XP PEDAL REPAIR POLICY:
We pride ourselves on accurate listings and rock solid, dependable XP mods and our feedback shows that. We throughly test each XP pedal before it leaves the JetpackMods Facility. Due the the age of these old digital XP units, we will only replace - or repair - anything DIRECTLY related to our specific mod. We are NOT responsible for the stock Digitech board/parts - even Digitech stopped offer repairs on these years ago due to obsolete parts and impossible to find components.
That said, if you experience any technical issues, we are only an email away and happy to TRY to help. Most of the problems on these XP units center around the power supply or the treadle calibration - both of which are easily solved.
