General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
I am 100% confident that the product left me in like-new condition and operates 100% correctly (I just pulled it out of the rack and its been performing perfectly). I'm also confident that the buyer has researched what this is and what it does and that it will work, otherwise they would not be purchasing it. So, really the only reason to return would be "changed mind" and there's a cost to both the buyer and myself (time and money). Thus, buyer will pay for return shipping and take the 15% hit. :) Long Story Short :) don't buy this unless you want it and will keep it :)
