I joined Reverb in October, 2017, and have sold tons of guitars through the site. I quickly became a preferred seller and obtained all of the badges. I've received 100% positive feedback on all of my sales and pride myself on providing quick and quality customer service.

Sales:
I follow Reverb's definitions on condition (mint, excellent, very good, good, fair) so make sure you are familiar with these definitions prior to purchase. If you have any questions or want more pictures of an item make sure to contact me prior to making a bid or purchasing. Any cracks or major damage I will 100% disclose, but minor scratches or swirls on pick guards and other insignificant wear may not be photographed; this would be in line with a guitar in "very good" condition. Mint condition is essentially a new item that has had the box open, virtually unused (I dont sell many of these items). Excellent would mean that the item has been used but there is extremely minimal signs of use. Most of my items fall into the "very good" category.

Returns:
I will only accept returns if you receive an item and it is in different condition than described. Purchaser is responsible for shipping both ways. The item must be returned using the same box and shipping methods that I used to ship it to you and it must be in the same condition that it was when I sent it out; subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping:
All of my packages are professionally shipped with new shipping materials and boxes; I take care and pride in my instruments and do everything I can to ensure that they arrive in pristine condition. All of my packages are shipped insured through UPS and require signature upon delivery, I ship the next business day following your purchase.

Trading:
I will only consider trading with you if you have seller feedback on Reverb. I will evaluate trades on a case-by-case basis, so let me know what you have.
