General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
We offer a 24-hour return privilege. If a guitar is returned the "buyer" pays shipping both ways and a 3% restocking fee. We try to clearly and honestly describe an instrument and its condition. If you have any questions after looking at the description, photos, and video, please ask or call for an in-hand description so you will know exactly what you are getting. This greatly decreases the likelihood that you will want to return the guitar. If you make an offer and we accept it, we consider it a commitment. Ask questions before you make an offer. Our designation of condition is somewhat different than that of Reverb. Mint means the instrument looks new regardless of when it was made. All other categories take age into account. For example, a guitar that is EX if made in 1965 could be VG if made in 1995.
