Jayce Allan Music buys, sells and reviews guitar and music gear. Jayce focuses on guitars and home recording equipment, like vintage Tascam multi-track cassette and reel-to-reel recorders. Jayce also builds guitars.
Shipping Policy
We ship FedEx, UPS or USPS at our discretion. Shipping integration on Reverb is severely lacking, if you think published shipping charges are unreasonable we can negotiate.
Shipping to the contiguous US is always available. Expedited shipping available at additional cost. We do not accept returns. We will work with Reverb and our shipper to cover any damaged shipments.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada is also available on most items, contact us for details and a shipping quote. Buyer assumes costs for all taxes, VAT and customs fees.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
I will always help my customer make a claim if there is shipping damage. But I try very hard to describe the items and encourage customers to contact me with questions. So most items I will not accept returns on.
I will absolutely not accept returns on vintage electronics and other related gear. Due to the age of these devices, they can be very unpredictable, even though I make every effort to check them out and make sure they are working.
