Jasper Guitar Company is a boutique guitar manufacturer that specializes in crafting a revolutionary brand of semi-hollowbody electric guitars. As a small team of individuals with diverse skillsets and backgrounds, we're dedicated to building and promoting some of the most unique guitars in the world today.
Built right in our Green Bay, Wisconsin factory and sold direct to consumer, each Jasper is made with over 50 years of lutherie expertise using locally-sourced and U.S. made parts, most of our components being manufactured on site. While each of our guitars is individually made to meet (and exceed) high benchmarks for quality, craftsmanship, and sound, what really separates a Jasper from other guitars is our own proprietary, patented, resonance apparatus built into each and every instrument. This groundbreaking technology, comprised of a specially-chambered body design, sidewall venting, and an adjustable carbon fiber back plate, not only dramatically increases sustain but also inhibits unwanted feedback and can even change the guitar's resonant frequency. Shipping Policy
Jasper Guitar Company ships all guitars via UPS within the continental United States. For shipping to a different region, please send us a message to potentially negotiate a different rate.

Returnable within 2 days of delivery.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
- Any and all international sales are final
- Customer has a 48-hour window of approval upon receipt of instrument
- Contact us via phone at 1-920-315-1778 to request return authorization (No returns will be accepted without authorization)
- After being granted return authorization, customer has 7 days to ship the instrument to Jasper Guitar Company
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
- Returned instruments must be in original packaging and original condition
- Upon receipt, instrument will be inspected to assess it’s condition
- Customer will pay for any necessary repairs
- Refunds for any reason will be processed minus a 10% restocking fee, as well as all shipping and handling charges
