General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
If an item is returned due to preference, buyer is responsible for all outbound and return shipping costs. Return shipment must be insured. An appropriate return label can be provided upon request. In addition to shipping costs, a minimum 5% restocking fee will be deducted for all preference-based returns. Items that are returned in a different condition than as-shipped will be subject to a higher restocking fee, unless the item was damaged during shipping.
