General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
All sales are final – we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Every pedal is tested and confirmed working before listing, and any cosmetic wear is shown in the photos and description.
Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos or a short video, and keep all packaging and included items. We will work with you to make it right, in line with Reverb's Buyer Protection.
Returns and refunds do not apply to malfunctions caused by customer negligence.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, an undeliverable location, refusal of delivery, or unpaid VAT/import taxes, the buyer will be charged the original shipping cost, the return shipping cost, and a restocking fee of 15% of the item price. If the carrier discards the shipment for any of these reasons, the full order amount will be charged and no refund will be issued.
