Shipping Policy
We ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx and reserve the right to determine which shipping service to choose from. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Indirect or direct signature may be required on any item per our discretion.

We do not offer returns for international shipments.

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
We do not modify or upgrade instruments nor are we aware of modifications, upgrades, or repairs made prior to Jancore acquiring the instruments.

Original shipping cost is not refundable on returned products. Customers must insure shipment via a trackable shipping method i.e. FedEx, UPS, or USPS if a return is accepted.
