We cater to all levels of players from the novice, enthusiast, and professional. We sell quality instruments, from name brand manufacturers such as Fender, Taylor, Ibanez, ESP/LTD, Mesa Boogie, Roland/BOSS, Ernie Ball, Jim Dunlop/MXR, and many more.
To ensure that you are receiving the best instrument possible, we have a professional in-house repair technician who will inspect everything prior to shipment. Your satisfaction is our biggest concern! If you don't see what you're looking for, just ask! We have exciting new inventory arriving regularly.
Shipping Policy
JAMS Music ships with tracking number to the continental United States, Alaska, or Hawaii only. Mesa/Boogie Products are ONLY available for US shipping, must be a US resident. Orders will be shipped within one business day of receiving payment. All sold instruments will be inspected prior to shipment. All instruments will be packed with care.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
JAMS Music prides itself on excellent representation of our products. Please strongly evaluate your decision before purchasing and ask as many questions as you feel necessary to make sure you are being matched with the perfect product for your needs. If you are uncertain of making a purchase, we suggest you sleep on it to make sure you're comfortable with your decision.
Items may be shipped to JAMS Music within 7 days from purchase for return. You must notify us immediately via email or phone prior to sending back an item. New Items must be in new condition with no signs of wear or abuse. Items may be charged a restocking fee up to 15-20%. Used items must be exactly as they were when they left our store. If an item is returned and we determine it is not in the same condition as when it left our facility, you will be charged a 15-20% restocking fee or the return will be refused.
JAMS Music reserves the right to refuse any return if the item appears to have been used or improperly cared for. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Any items deemed defective may be exchanged for the same product. In such a case, we will reimburse return shipping charges upon evaluation of the returned item. Once receiving the returned item, it will be inspected, and your refund will be processed within 48 hours.
