Family Music Centers started as a small piano and organ shop in Henderson, NV in 1995. With 4 locations throughout the Las Vegas Valley, today it is Nevada’s largest full-line music store, and has the largest piano selection and lesson academy in the state. It also has the largest guitar selection in Henderson and Henderson's only band instrument repair facility. Our fantastic Repair Shop is dedicated to keeping instruments in their peak playing condition, and service the instruments of local musicians, as well as professional musicians of the Las Vegas Strip shows including Cirque du Soleil. Our owner's goal with Family Music has been we work hard to build a relationship with the local community of Las Vegas and be a place where people can come to learn music and expand their musical lifestyle.

Shipping Policy
- We ship throughout the contiguous United States. To negotiate shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, please send us a message.
- Some items listed as "Local Pickup Only" may be eligible to be shipped or delivered. If you would like to purchase an item listed as "Local Pickup Only" and live outside of the Las Vegas Valley, then message us to see if the item is eligible for shipping and for special shipping rates.
- All items purchased will be shipped with tracking.
- Boxed items will be shipped with Direct Signature Required.
- We do not ship outside of the United States.
- We do not guarantee that shifting may not occur on items and parts during shipping. Standard adjustments may be needed upon arrival of shipped items.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
*If a customer wishes to return a Used & Vintage Item after the 7 day return period, then they may return it within one month of the item having been received. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as a 20% restocking fee. Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use.
*We do not accept returns on Print Music, CDs, & DVDs.
