Shipping Policy
Most shelf items are shipped within 24 hours once the order is placed. For orders placed on weekends or holidays please anticipate the order being shipped on the next day of business. Items requiring maintenance, such as guitars, please allow up to 48 business hours.
Please enjoy our $5 flat rate for all our small goods that qualify. Items such as strings, picks, pickups, patch cables, straps and much more ship for a flat rate of $5, no matter the quantity. Mix and match between picks, strings, straps, or any combination. $5 Shipping method is USPS First Class with tracking unless packages exceed 10lbs. Then carriers may vary between USPS and UPS.
All other items are priced as stated in the listing. To negotiate shipping charges please message or send an offer when applicable.
Items considered fragile, such as guitars, amps, etc. will be shipped with Reverb protect insurance. All other items will ship with Reverb Protect only by request from the buyer or as we deem fitting.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
