Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

10% restocking fee is applied to all products returns without exception. Units that are bundled with software licenses are not returnable. The customer is responsible for all freight charges, duties, customs, brokerage and applicable taxes.
The following products are not refundable: Instruments/accessories in contact with the mouth, Strings, Product with digital license.
