Shipping Policy
Shipping to the USA - We ship all USA orders via FedEx DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) for a seamless delivery experience.
The shipping charge includes the actual FedEx shipping cost, a $15 FedEx advance payment fee and 15% US tariffs. All applicable duties and fees are paid upfront, so there are no unexpected customs charges upon delivery.
Shipping to European Union - Orders are shipped via Romanian Post - Priority Service.
VAT is collected at checkout where applicable. No additional VAT should be due upon delivery when VAT has been collected in advance.
Rest of the World - Orders shipped via Romanian Post - Priority Service.
