Shipping Policy
Free shipping within Canada will be shipped by standard Canada Post mail for only String Butler purchases ( for Easy B-Bender shipping is extra) . In Canada allow 3 to 7 business days for most addresses. Remote location times may be longer. In cases where we ship outside Canada the buyer is responsible for tariffs that maybe leveled by your country. Please note there maybe shipping delays due external forces which is out of our control. We do reserve the right not to ship to certain countries at our discretion & in those cases we will refund your order in full. In cases where your country requires this shop to pay taxes, duties or tariffs up front we reserve the right to cancel the order.
