General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Returns within 1 business days. Buyer must contact with return request within 24 hours of receiving the item. Payments are refunded after item has been received and reviewed.
Returns are only accepted for items damaged in shipping or lost in transit. Non "trial period" sale/listing.
Items must be returned in as-shipped condition with all possible original packaging (or buyer to add packaging materials, or box strengthening if needed) and no signs of extended use of the returned item. Returns will not be given to items returned with "new" or non-exsisting damage from when return requested. Return shipping labels and all shipping/handling costs are the buyers responsibility. Due to Reverb Insurance Policy, RDR labels will not be provided by seller for any buyer returns.
