General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

At Indy Pro Drum, we are committed to providing high-quality drums and percussion instruments to meet the needs of our customers. Due to the specialized nature of our products, all sales are final. Please read our No Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Returns or Exchanges
Once a purchase is made, it cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. This includes but is not limited to:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size or type ordered
• Dissatisfaction with the product after use
• Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the performance of the product
2. No Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any of our products unless they are defective upon arrival. In the rare case that you receive a defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt, and we will assist you in addressing the issue.
3. Exceptions for Defective Products
If your product arrives in a non-working condition or is significantly different from its description, we may consider to replace the item or issue a store credit at our discretion. To qualify for this, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the item with the following:
• Proof of purchase
• Photos or videos of the defect
• A description of the issue
4. Shipping Costs
All shipping costs are non-refundable. If a replacement is offered for a defective product, shipping charges will apply unless otherwise specified.
5. Custom Orders
Custom-built drums and percussion items are made to your specifications and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.
