General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

International House of Music Inc. Return Policy
Any item returned for a refund may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Item must be returned within 14 days of purchase with original sales receipt. Return items must be in original condition including all boxes, packing, instructions and warranty cards. We do not make exchanges for defective products under warranty, but we will gladly assist you in obtaining warranty service from manufacturer. There are return restrictions due to certain legal and health regulations; Software (the copy right legislation mandates no returns on opened software), videos, DVDs, CDs, harmonicas, internal earphones, earplugs, and microphones are exempt from this policy. Cleaning products, vintage items, open strings, tubes, DJ cartridges and style, fog fluid, demo gear and any special order are also exempt. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. The responsibility to remain familiar with these terms and conditions is yours.
