Most every piece of Rockman Equipment or gear that comes to ~tHe~hOUSe~oF~sCHOlz~ is inspected,serviced and contacts cleaned. Not to mention restored to the best of my ability in appearance as well. By trade I am a Lab Technician/Inspector and work for a million dollar Company. I'm responsible for hundreds of thousands of dollars of products and goods. So I know that my Customers will be the next Inspectors. I put my word on what I sell with a 7 day return policy on used gear and 14 day on new gear . I put pride in all I do. Most of all I enjoy what I do. If its not described like I said, I accept returns or I will send you a replacement unit or refund your money or you can buy something else in my shop. My feedbacks speak for themselves. I'm only getting better at what I do. I strive for five star ratings. I have many repeat and satisfied Customers. I package like no other and use Priority mail to get your package to you fast unless the package is to large then I use FedEx. I'm not saying I'm perfect...No one is....But if something does go wrong I will make it right.....I love Rockman line of products. I have been a collector for decades. I try to keep my prices down. You wouldn't believe what's out there as far as not working correctly. Some sellers just change the screws and bolts out then raise the price. Your not getting a passed on unit thats not being serviced and inspected. If something is wrong with a unit and I know about it, I will tell you...I have many units on the refurb list and many parts to fix the ones that are broke. I am a honest seller.....I didn't like when Tom sold out to Dunlop back in 1994 because its no telling what we would be playing today with all his inventions. How many hyperspace pedals would be in our set ups. I read the story of how Tom was relieved after he sold Rockman because of all the time involved in making the Rockman line of products. And now he could focus on his music. And there is a lot involved to his concerts every year making sure everything is working correctly with his music. So I guess we should be thankful in what he did share with his creation of his Rockman gear. Tom is like Enistine was. He thinks about what he wants, draws out the plans....then makes it happen. Tom and wife Kim bought some of his equipment back from me. It meant the world to me. I sent them more than they bought....And to my surprise I received four VIP tickets to see them play in Charlotte NC....What a great Concert..What a great Band...I'll never be able to express my thanks enough..Forever Rockman and Boston Fans here at ~tHe~hOUSe~oF~sCHOlz~
