General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Our wiring harnesses & pickups are all custom built to our buyer's specs. Given that, all pickup & wiring returns are subject to a restocking fee. Pickups that are returned must show no signs of use, alteration, or installation. Returned pickups with signs of installation, alteration, or with full or partially cut lead wires will be returned to the buyer and no refunds offered. Wiring harnesses & parts must be returned in new condition with no signs of installation or alteration. Installed, used, or altered wiring harnesses will be returned to the buyer with no refunds offered. Any and all returned items must also include all paperwork (wiring diagrams, etc) in order to be eligible for a refund. Any listed wiring harness or pickup that is built by Hoagland Custom with a buyer-requested alteration (change in pot values, capacitor values, adjustments to wiring, additional parts, etc) is not eligible for return or refund.
Parts purchased are warrantied for 90 days from the date of purchase. Any returned parts must be new & in unused condition. We do not accept used returned parts for refunds. If you are returning a part for warranty replacement, we will bench test the part to determine the reason for the failure. If it is determined that the failure is due to incorrect installation on the part of the buyer (for instance, if, during install, the installer overheats & burns the contacts inside a push/pull or push/push pot, ruining the pot), no warranty replacement will be offered. If the part is determined to be faulty, we are more than happy to replace the faulty part with an identical, fully functioning part. There will be no cash refunds given on warrantied parts. We do not refund shipping costs.
