The story behind Highland Plectrum Co. began around ten years ago with a simple and personal idea. I thought it would be meaningful to create a guitar pick featuring my year of birth, so I crafted a small batch for myself. What started as a novelty quickly revealed itself to be something far more significant.

I soon discovered that coin plectrums are not only distinctive in appearance but also exceptional in performance. They produce a uniquely bright, articulate tone that stands apart from conventional picks.
