Shipping Policy
I will ship with tracking to the listed regions. If you are located anywhere outside of the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any remote or rural region of the country, you must contact me prior to a purchase to ensure the shipping rate shown on the listing is sufficient to ship the item to your location. We reserve the right to cancel any order if your location results in excess freight costs, or for any insecure or otherwise unverifiable address. Thank you.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Original shipping cost is non-refundable. Items offered with "free" shipping will have the outbound cost subtracted from any refund. If anything gets slammed in transit and arrives in a functional condition different than what was listed - damage claims MUST be filed with the carrier prior to any returns or refunds. Let me know about the damage, and please allow for the opportunity to file said claim, and await further instructions. You will be taken care of in reasonable time. Any damage claims must have an attempt to be resolved at the delivery location first as a term of sale. Instant returns of damaged cargo is expensive and largely pointless. Any problems will usually require relevant photos or video evidence of the packaging and the item to submit with a claim, and the carrier may require a repair quote for high value items - so be prepared for that possibility. Please contact us with any questions regarding a refund amount and/or shipping arrangements before initiating a return request. I work very hard with my business to be fair, personable, and reasonable, and I ask that you do the same in return as a condition of your purchase - and in regards to any return requests.
