We ship–domestic and international– and do not upcharge on shipping costs. Shipping a guitar or amp correctly is expensive. We are happy to provide exact shipping quotes on any merchandise, send us your zip code. We have every guitar and amplifier professionally packaged, insured, and shipped by UPS. We do not upcharge this cost and this policy is non-negotiable UNLESS you provide us with total written release from liability (indemnification) for your gear falling off of and/or getting run over by a proverbial truck, AND you also provide us with an account for one of the following: UPS, FedEx, USPS.
We buy, sell, trade, consign, and service vintage and modern amps, synthesizers, instruments, and pro audio gear. We carry a boatload of pedals. We don’t service home theater or home audio gear unless it’s old and has tubes in it.

Politiche di spedizione
Most items ship within two business days. Heyday prefers to ship UPS or USPS, and will not ship items that can't be fully insured or have delivery confirmed. Shipping cost is actual cost of freight + insurance + cost for packaging materials and time. The buyer pays all shipping related charges, including insurance and is responsible for all customs brokerage fees, taxes and any other fees related to the shipment. All shipments will be insured and declared for their FULL value – we won't lie on customs documents.
For extra heavy and/or large items: If there's no shipping available and you're serious about buying, please contact us! We will take the item and have the carrier pack it to remove us from any shipping liability. The buyer will assume all shipping/packing fees. Note maximum package size and insured values!
