Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described. Returns
· We will accept refunds or exchanges within 7 days of the receipt of the item. Item must be in original condition to receive a full refund.
Our return policy only covers the amount the item was bided on, NOT any of the shipping costs!
Also, packaging must be undamaged and complete; A 15% restocking fee will be imposed. We reserve the right to refuse returns in which the value has been diminished in some way. Digital effects require a higher power source ma as it is called, please be sure you have the correct supply to power these as in 99.9 % of the cases it is not a pedal failure it is the power source, most effect pedals do not come with a power supply, if we failed to insert that in our listings by mistake we are not obligated to send a power supply.
