General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Any returns must be pre authorized by calling 252-702-1279. If a non authorized return shows up, we will refuse the package. Refunds will only be accepted if the item is deemed not as described. There will be a 15% restocking fee on any other returns that we agree to accept.
