Hi, My name is Sean and the I'm owner and founder of Guitar Ramble. GR began as a blog site featuring articles, videos, lessons, and gear reviews. Our passion for gear led us to open the site to retail as well, working with companies that we admire and selling products that we find to be unique and well crafted.

New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we accept returns on new items for up to 14 days upon receipt. Buyers will be responsible for return shipping. Full refund minus the cost that Guitar Ramble incurred on the initial shipping as well as a 3% restocking fee will be granted for returns of items that are inspected to have no signs of use and return with all original packaging. All items are inspected and insured prior to shipping, so if your item somehow becomes damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so that we may remedy the situation. Please contact us prior to any attempt to return.
