We've been selling on-line only through Reverb, and the other big auction site, for over 15 years now, We were formerly Fender & Martin dealers with a "brick and mortar" store for 11 years before that. Shipping Policy
Payment must be received within 48 hours of order. PLEASE ASK ALL QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU BUY - Descriptions are our opinion to the best of our knowledge. Please contact us for an in hand description if you have questions. Items paid for through Reverb or PayPal must ship to the address provided to us by those entities - Sorry, no exceptions. An adult signature is required per their rules. We can only ship to Alaska and Hawaii at additional expense. Please contact us for rates before making a purchase. We ship ONLY to the USA, NO exceptions. Shipping days are Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday(excluding holidays). Items paid for after 12:00 Eastern on Thursdays ship the following Tuesday. All Sales are final - Returns for significantly misrepresented item only. We cannot ship USPS.
