Shipping Policy
Shipment usually occurs within 36 hours or less of receipt of payment. Our preferred carrier is UPS. If you are a buyer outside the US please contact us to see if we can ship to you.
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 2 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Unless otherwise noted, all items purchased in the US carry a 48 approval period which may entitle the buyer to an exchange or refund . The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and in some cases a restock charge of 4% for payment fees. Merchandise must be in the exact condition as it was when purchased. New merchandise must be in perfect, resalable condition with no wear or signs of use and with all included packing material and accessories. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet this criteria or looks as though it has been tampered with or modified in any way. We urge you to contact us before any major purchase so that we can answer any questions and concerns you have. We do not offer a return on sales outside the US.
