General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
If your item is not as described or has a problem, please start by giving me a shout as we generally can solve damn near anything! And, of course, we will refund your full purchase price plus shipping if our item is not as described!
If the item is OK and as we represented it - you have a 24 hours approval period from accepting the shipment to request a return shipping label and we will cheerfully refund your original purchase and applicable taxes with no restocking fee.
