New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Condition – Must be returned in original condition with all packaging, accessories, and paperwork. No signs of use, wear, or modification.
Shipping – Buyer pays return shipping & insurance unless the item is misrepresented.
Refunds – Issued after inspection. Original shipping is non-refundable.
Restocking Fee – Up to 15% may apply if not returned in original condition.

International Shipping & Refused Delivery Policy (USA Orders)
All orders shipped from Canada to the United States are subject to U.S. import duties, tariffs, taxes, and brokerage fees as determined by U.S. Customs and the carrier. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or not accepted by the recipient (including failure to be available for delivery), the carrier will return the package to us. In these cases, the buyer will be responsible for all fees incurred, including but not limited to:
Return shipping costs
Import duties, tariffs, and taxes
Brokerage or customs processing fees
Any additional carrier charges applied during transit or return
These amounts will be deducted from the original purchase total. If the return fees exceed the order value, no refund will be issued.
By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and confirms responsibility for accepting delivery and paying any applicable import charges.
