As the owner of The Guitar Bazaar, I specialize in selling unplayed, new old stock gear that is no longer in production by the manufacturer, and some limited edition guitars that in many cases are hard to find elsewhere.
I am a private collector/seller and do not have a brick and mortar store where my items can be viewed, nor am I a dealer of any particular brand instrument, amplifier, or effects pedal that I sell. All of my items are shipped from my Ohio residence.
I have over 45 years experience in playing the guitar and over 18 years of selling them through my eBay store and most recently through Reverb.com and combined have sold to well over 1,500 satisfied customers.
I don't use stock photos for my guitars. Each guitar listing includes detailed photos of the exact guitar being sold so you can be sure that what you see is what you'll get.
We only use stock photos for new in box/factory sealed guitar amplifiers (head and combo type) and some guitar effects pedal that were never removed from the factory sealed box for photographs
My goal is to offer the same high quality instruments regardless of price, that I would want to play or own myself. My reputation is based on the fact that I provide an authentic, quality product at a fair price and those products will be in "as advertised" condition when shipped. I package all of my guitars securely and ship them via Fedex Ground or USPS Priority (my choice) usually within 1 or 2 business days.

Because our business and reputation is based upon selling only pristine, never played instruments, pedals, and amplifiers at a fair market price, we unfortunately are not interested in used trades or lower offers. We appreciate your business and interest in our items.

Shipping via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground with signature required or USPS (at sellers discretion).

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
I do not sell on approval but items may be returned within 3 days of being delivered (72 hours from delivered time of day) following the written details of my return policy below.
If an item is returned for any reason, I must be contacted within 24 hours of receipt of the item with the reason for the return.
Original shipping will not be refunded and the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If shipping was free to the buyer at the time of the sale. The shipping cost I was charged to ship the item will be deducted from the refund.
There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns over $3000.00 (not including shipping), a 20% restocking fee for all purchases from $2999.00 to $1700.00 (not including shipping), and a 25% restocking fee will be charged for all purchases under $1699.00 (not including shipping). There are no exceptions.
Original shipping will not be refunded and the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and for the sellers PayPal fee and or Reverb Processing Fees (same as PayPal's fee) and the Reverb 5% Selling Fee.
If a buyer cancels an order prior to to being dropped off for shipping, they will receive a refund for the sale price minus the PayPal (2.9% + $0.30) or Reverb Processing Fee (same as PayPal Fee) as well as the Reverb Selling Fee of 5% that was paid by the seller at the time of the sale.
PayPal and Reverb new user agreement amendment states that fees originally paid by the seller will no longer be returned back to the seller in the event of a seller back to buyer refund.
If any item is refused at time of delivery or is returned by the shipper to the seller because the buyer was not available to receive and or could not sign for their item, the full 25% restocking fee plus all shipping charges charged to the seller will be deducted from the refund.
We never offer, nor do we ever consider requests to grant a partial refund.
Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped to the buyer including all documents, certifications, manuals and accessories along with the original manufacturer boxes and outer box if shipped double boxed, as well as all original packing materials. All guitars advertised in unplayed or never played condition, must be returned in the same unplayed / never played condition as it was shipped to the customer.
If an item is advertised and shipped factory sealed, it must be returned factory sealed. Misc. electronic items like guitar and bass pickups are non-returnable after they have been removed from the box and installed.
Guitars or any other item I sell are non-returnable if the serial number is registered or software is ordered or activated by using the guitar's serial number.
All items, serial numbers, and documents will be inspected and verified prior to any refund being issued.
Any return that fails to meet these requirements will be returned to the sender and reported to Reverb and PayPal.com.
All inventory is stored in a climate controlled, smoke/odor free space. Despite these precautions items may have been exposed to odors and allergens such as perfumes, smoke or pet dander.
We log ALL serial numbers to protect ourselves from fraudulent claims.
All guitars are shipped with their original factory set-up. We do not dress frets or perform set-ups and make no changes to the original manufacturer's specs. Every guitar we sell is factory "A" stock quality meaning that each was shipped from their respective factory meeting factory specifications for set-up, fret work, electronics, finish application, wood choice and so on. Guitar players have diverse individual set-up requirements so any changes to a guitar's set-up is a personal decision and expense that belongs to the new owner.
All of the guitar specifications in our listings are taken directly from the manufactures websites. All manufactures state that all specifications can be changed at anytime at the manufacturers discretion so any discrepancy in the specs in our listings that were changed without our knowledge were made by the manufacturer and not Guitar_Bazaar therefore any complaints due to specification changes need to be taken up with the specific manufacture and are not the fault or misrepresentation of Guitar_Bazaar.
No warranty is expressed or implied as we are not a factory authorized dealer of any brand.
Due to the fragile nature of all guitar finishes please note that extreme hot or cold temperatures and guitar finishes do not play nice together. We recommended once any guitar has been received that it be allowed to acclimate to room temperature for several hours before opening the box and removing any of the packaging and the guitar from the shipping carton. Extreme changes in temperature, humidity and or altitude will cause finish (weather) checking as well as possible changes to the guitar's neck and set-up. There is no warranty by any guitar manufacturer that will warranty against finish checking or neck and set-up changes due to climatic changes.
