Shipping Policy
Please note that our products are stored at 3 fulfillment centers. USA, Thailand, and China.
So the shipping time varies on the product location.
Products in US stock will be mentioned in the title and description.
USA
US Customers will receive the order within 5-7 days, customers from Other countries will receive it in about 2 weeks
The rest will be shipped from either Thailand or China. We ship the parcels with Registered Air Mail or ePacket if it's available in your country.
Usually, you will receive the item in about 2-3 weeks depends on your city. And depends on customs clearance it could take up to 4 weeks.
If your location is in a capital city, or major city, the parcel will likely arrive faster than a smaller city.
In most cases, tracking information is available after we dispatched the package to our local post office and until it departs the location. Then you will be able to track it as soon it arrived at your local post office. So please understand that.

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

In case you changed your mind after placing an order and request for a refund, we need to withold the paypal transaction fee, because paypal won't revert this fee and we must pay for this, so you will not receive the full amount back. Please consider this before order.
