Shipping Policy
Shipping rates vary based on buyers location and the size / weight of the item. We ship via FedEx and USPS. We will work with you to provide you with the best price and fastest delivery method available.
All items are shipped with "Signature Required" (someone must be present to sign for package) upon delivery. This protects the shipper and the receiver in the event a package is lost or damaged in transit.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
You must contact us prior to returning an item as returns require pre-authorization by Guitar Guys. You must submit your return request within 14 days of the initial delivery date.
If you are dissatisfied with an item after receiving it or feel that an item was misrepresented or not as advertised, please call us at 740-522-0277 and we will attempt to resolve your issue. We take great care to accurately describe every item we sell and it's condition and any flaws so that you are not surprised when you receive it. We are overly cautious and conservative with every listing on Reverb, and we stand behind every item we sell.
If we approve the return, all items must be shipped within 5 business days of the return approval. Return and outgoing shipping fees as well as insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.
All returned items must be returned in the condition they were received in, which includes: original strings, original parts, all plastic film, accessories, and no modifications to the item. We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking / handling fee on all returns.
Non-returnable items include but are not limited to: In-ear monitors, microphones, harmonicas, opened strings, cleansers / liquid items.
