Shipping Policy
Shipping rates vary based on buyers location and the size / weight of the item. We ship via FedEx and USPS. We will work with you to provide you with the best price and fastest delivery method available.
All items are shipped with "Signature Required" (someone must be present to sign for package) upon delivery. This protects the shipper and the receiver in the event a package is lost or damaged in transit.
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 3 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
You must contact us prior to returning an item. All returns require pre-authorization and must be pre-approved by Guitar Guys. If you are dissatisfied with an item after receiving it or feel that an item was misrepresented or not as advertised, please call us at 740-522-0277 and we will attempt to resolve your issue. We take great care to accurately describe every item we sell and it's condition and any flaws so that you are not surprised when you receive it. We are overly cautious and conservative with every listing on Reverb. We stand behind every item we sell. If we approve the return, all items must be shipped within 3 days of the delivery date - after receiving your item. Return shipping fees and insurance is the responsibility of the buyer. We reserve the right to charge a 5% re-stocking / handling fee on all returns.
