General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, with freight to and from the warehouse prepaid by the customer. No CODs will be accepted. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number within 30 days of purchase date to qualify for a refund or exchange. The address where to send your product will be provided with the RMA number.
