Who we are:
Groton Guitars is a locally owned and operated musical instrument store run by musicians with a passion for music. We are Southeastern CT's alternative to the online big box stores. You DO have a choice. Our store is climate controlled for both temperature and humidity levels. Every guitar we sell is personally inspected, tested and set-up for the best possible play-ability.
The products that we carry are products we have carefully chosen to provide quality and value to our customers. We know that in today's world you could buy your musical gear from just about anywhere, that is why we strive to provide you with personal friendly service that you don't expect to find just anywhere. Yes, making a sale is good, but gaining a customer is better.
We are an Independent Authorized Dealer for Paul Reed Smith, Laney, Washburn, Ibanez, Tama, Fishman, Orange, Sabian, Paiste, MXR, Dunlop, Digitech, Visual Sound, TC Electronics, Way Huge, Electro-Harmonix, Schecter and many more.

Shipping:
We will only ship to confirmed USA addresses in the lower 48 states, excluding Hawaii. Items ship via UPS ground, FedEx, or USPS ground at our discretion. All items will require a signature upon delivery.
Returns:
Returns are gladly accepted on new items within 7 days of receiving item for defective or misrepresented items only. Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization # before returning any item.
Shipping Policy
Due to the COVID-19 outbreak orders will ship out twice a week generally on Monday and Friday.
Other delays are possible. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
We only ship to the lower 48 United States.
No international shipping. All items will ship via Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS
at our discretion and require a signature upon delivery.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Returns are gladly accepted on any new item within 7 days of receiving item for misrepresented items only. Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization # before returning any item. If for any reason an RA# is issued by us for an item that is not misrepresented a 10% restocking fee will apply and buyer will be responsible for return shipping fees. Item must be shipped insured. Damage incurred during return shipping is not covered under our return policy. Any shipping damages will need to be processed through the shipping company directly and we will work with the shipping company on your behalf to resolve any shipping issues.
