General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
I am an individual collector, not a dealer. I do not generally accept returns for any reason. All items offered for sale come from my personal collection. While I have years of experience buying, selling and collecting, I am not a luthier nor do I consider myself an expert in all areas of guitars. Please ask all questions before purchase, I will gladly answer to the best of my ability.
If, after you have received an item you find an issue, please contact me and I will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Several of my items may be offered with free shipping. Should an item be returned for reasons other than it was damaged or not as described, actual shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
