Gothic City Guitars is a N.Y. based company specializing in Fine Electric & Acoustic Guitars. Owner Charles Dellavalle has been active in the Guitar market since 1978 bringing 47 years experience to this musical and collectible community. He was the first Salesman ever hired by the Legendary Vintage Guitar Retail Store Mandolin Brothers in 1978. In addition Charlie authored the 1995 book "Dream Guitars Illustrated" and produced two Vintage Guitar Trading Card sets "Classic American Guitar Cards" and "Cool American Guitar Cards Vol. II" in 1993. After working for various musical Instrument Manufacturers throughout the 80's & 90's Charlie founded Gothic City Guitars In 1998. This year marks Gothic City Guitars' 27th Year in Business. General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Buyer has 24 hour approval on the instrument from the time he/she receives it. This does Not Include Amplifier Sales. Buyer may return an instrument for any reason immediately following the 24 hour approval period and must contact GCG immediately for Return Authorization. Instruments must be returned no later than 7 business days after the 24 hour approval period and from the time Return Authorization is issued. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and Insurance Costs. Full refund less shipping fees will be given after Instrument is returned and inspected. Refund will be returned in the same method that the buyer paid for the instrument. PLEASE NOTE: All Amplifier sales are Final and cannot be returned. Gothic City Guitars Does Not offer International Sales on Reverb.com. All International buyers must contact Gothic City Guitars directly for purchase. All Instruments must be paid In Full. We do not offer layaways. In addition to all shipping fees a 20% restocking fee will be charged if instrument is refused or sent back by carrier as undeliverable.
