The ColMax Pickups Guitar Store has over 30 years of professional experience in design, production, modification and restoration musical equipment. We ship all orders via USPS or UPS (It is additionally paid depending on the country where we are sent) after payment has cleared. If you will not be home during normal delivery hours, we do recommend that you have it sent to your place of work or another safe address. We require signatures on all orders over $250 unless otherwise discussed via Reverb Messages. All orders are packed in a professional manner by our experienced staff. Tracking numbers will be provided and automatically uploaded within this timeframe. We are not responsible for any import tariffs or duty fees that may be imposed. Returns will be subject to a restocking fee equal to the amount we spend on shipping the product to you. If you have any special shipping needs please ask before you purchase.
Depending on your order, we can send your parcel in 5 days, for a special order up to 30 days Note : That holidays and weekends are not business days and are not included in this 5 day option. We are not responsible for any delays after your item has left our store. Snowstorms, hurricanes, "Acts of God" or confusion at your delivery location may occur. International Buyers! Take note that we will only be able to track your order to the point it leaves the Canada. Once it leaves the Canada we will not be responsible for delivery. Please understand the risk once it enters your country will be yours.
