General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Returns:
All instruments have a 24 hour inspection period from time of delivery. If a customer is dissatisfied with a purchase due to a wrong description, You must contact us before item can be returned. There are no returns on all amplifiers or used gear.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs, bank costs and insurance to return item to us.
If buyers order included free shipping, the buyer will be refunded order amount, less Goodtime Music's original shipping costs.
Merchandise and packaging must be in the same condition as when received for a refund to be applied. If it appears that the item has been altered from the state it was shipped in, Goodtime Music reserves the right to refuse refund. This includes, improper use of instrument or modification to instrument or any other form of altering the instrument. Refund will be issued upon inspection of item.
